LOGO COPYRIGHT AND MATERIALS PROTECTION
Notice of Logo and Materials Protection
The Nuragic Shamanic Healing logo was commissioned from the talented Irish graphic designer Aisling O'Riordan.
- The logo was developed with inspiration from a statue of the Pre-Nuragic civilization of Sardinia (Mother Goddess of Senorbì, from the Late Neolithic period between the 5th and 4th millennium BC), placed at the center of the design, and motifs that reflect Celtic symbolism, representing the founders' connection to Ireland. These symbols also evoke the ancient settlements of Sardinian culture. The color palette was derived from nature, with tones that evoke the landscapes and natural environment of both lands, creating a visual bridge between the historical and cultural traditions of both regions.
- All logos and materials on the Nuragic Shamanic Healing website are protected as registered trademarks and intellectual property by EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office).

- Use of Logos: The Nuragic Shamanic Healing logos are registered trademarks. Any unauthorized use of the logos is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted legally.
- Materials Protection: All materials, including texts, images, and multimedia resources, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the materials is prohibited without the written consent of Nuragic Shamanic Healing.

TEACHINGS & TRAINING
Teaching License:
- Any student wishing to teach courses developed by Nuragic Shamanic Healing must obtain an official teaching license from Nuragic Shamanic Healing. The license is granted only to those who have successfully completed the course and demonstrated competence and a thorough understanding of the material. This includes having undergone training and any specific training courses.
Use of Educational Materials:
- The educational materials provided during the course, including texts, images, and multimedia resources, may be used only for educational and non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction or distribution of these materials outside the authorized lessons is strictly prohibited without the written consent of Nuragic Shamanic Healing.
Protection of Intellectual Property:
- Students may not modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the course materials without prior authorization. All copyright and intellectual property notices in the original materials must remain intact.
Attribution:
- When teaching the course, it is mandatory to clearly attribute the creation and development of the content to Nuragic Shamanic Healing. Each presentation, handout, or educational resource must include a reference to Nuragic Shamanic Healing as the primary source of the content.
Commercialization and Distribution:
- Any attempt to commercialize, sell, or distribute the course content without authorization is prohibited. Students wishing to offer the course for a fee must obtain a specific agreement with Nuragic Shamanic Healing.
Monitoring and Review:
- Nuragic Shamanic Healing reserves the right to monitor and review the lessons taught by students to ensure that quality standards are met and that the content is presented accurately and respectfully according to Nuragic traditions.
Continuing Education:
- Authorized students must participate in continuing education and update sessions organized by Nuragic Shamanic Healing to maintain the validity of their teaching license and stay updated on new research and developments in the field of Nuragic Shamanic Healing Course.
Enforcement and Consequences
Violation of Rules:
- Any violation of the above rules may result in the immediate revocation of the teaching license and legal action to protect the intellectual property of Nuragic Shamanic Healing.
Regulation Confirmation:
- Students must sign a formal agreement acknowledging their understanding and acceptance of these rules before being authorized to teach the course.
